Clinical case : man : 60 years History : @ 60 year old man for a long time having a mixed deafness
(perception and transmission) of the left ear and giddinesses. Since
two weeks, appearance of a peripheral facial paralysis. A CT
centered on the rock is carried out.
Diagnosis : @ ACQUIRED cholesteatoma A NOT STARTING ANTRAL, DESTROYING
COMPLETELY CHAINS OSSICULAIRE AND EXTENDING TOWARDS THE AUDITORY CANAL
INTERNS IN INSIDE AND TOWARDS THE TEMPORAL PIT ABOVE.

Diagnosis comments : @ The cholesteatoma (keratoma )representent one of the
complications of the chronic otitises. They are serious affected
because of the destructive potential etlytic by contiguity of these
processes. The elective sites of destruction are high tegmen (risk of
meningitis, cerebral abscess) towards the auditory canal
intern(attack of the VII and the VIII) towards the external
semicircular channel (labyrinthian risk of dent).
